Hi all. Please this is for those who filed for their spouses in May 2023 for Cr1 i-130. Please let's discuss on our various progress reports. I am a Nigerian, and my husband who is an American citizen filed for me in May 2023. Our case is still pending, we are still waiting for the USCIS to approve our i-130 petition. What about you?

There is already May 2023 I 130 Filers thread created. You should search for it to keep updated with the other members with a similar date.

All the best.
