The birth certificate will take about 2 weeks to get and the passport between 3-10weeks depending on how busy they are. This can be expedited (for a fee) to one week if needed.
Also CBP have requested that we obtain a second copy of their birth certificate for them to keep and two US sized passport photos.

Maybe, or hire somebody. My point is that it is not a "can't" based on actual information provided. Seems like going to USA early would be a last resort. I see the possibility of boarding the infan

Can I ask did you get your IR1 and IR2's through together? I have an IR1 and several IR2s pending in various centres and hope they will all be put through together...also have you had your interview? How did it go at London?

You sound similar to me. We are a family of 7. How long to get your i130s all approved? Did they get approved together or not? Did you all go to the Embassy as one family on one day? Hope you don't mind me asking? 😄
