In regards to Letter of Intent to marry for I-129F

How do I find out my address of filing location and the embassy address? Are these not the same location or are they 2 different locations?

There is no need to format this in letter form.  This is a statement of intent not a letter of intent.

 

All I 129F petitions go to the USCIS California Service Center and your Consulate is located at most likely the US Embassy in the country of the beneficiary ( some exceptions do apply)

   • To find the USCIS filing location, visit the official USCIS website or use a reliable search engine.
   • Look for the specific address of the USCIS Texas Service Center or the appropriate filing location for the I-129F petition.
   • Ensure you include this address on the first letter of intent that you'll be submitting.

   • Determine the country where your fiancé will have the visa interview.

   • Locate the embassy or consulate in the relevant country.

5. Letters of Intent:

   • The first letter of intent should be submitted with your initial I-129F filing and should include the address of the USCIS filing location.
   • The second letter of intent will be written when you are given an interview. Sign a similar document closer to the interview date to further prove your ongoing intention to marry.
