I completed I-134 but can't seem to find where to send it for approval. I did some research and only information I can find is that my fiance needs to take my filled out I-134 to her interview and present the I-134 and supporting documents if asked during her interview. Second question is my fiance has a current NBI card. Does she need something else called police clearance? She has never left the Philippines.  Thanks for the help in advance.

I134 is carried into the interview and presented if asked.  Majority of the time it is not asked for.

NBI clearance is all that is needed.  For immigration purposes it is only valid for one year.  So depending on timing she may need to renew it at some point.
