Miracle was granted! The next day we got our i130 approval on Sept 30th! We were DQ’d at NVC on 10/31/24. Now we have at least a year wait for an interview in Cairo. 😔 Wishing everyone a speedy and easy process 🙏🏻

Congratulations!!!!  ❤️

The timeline estimate means nothing. Don’t even pay attention to it. It is not accurate. My priority date was Jan 9th. We got approved Sept 30th. Very lucky !! & Only because we filed the K3 also for spousal. Our time estimate still said 11 months when we were approved. Most people are seeing approvals 14-16 months from their priority date. Most likely you’ll see approval within the next 3-4 months. Good luck!! 🍀

Do you think that K3 played a major role on I-130 approval?
