Hello

Need some advice for my brother's file. In our case My mom filled for my brother on F2B visa. and we are also thinking to file F2B on my father for my brother.

1. In future if my father become citizen then one file will remain F2B and one file will be F1?

2. Right now priority date is April 2023, when it will convert from F2B to F1 then it will be same priority date? or convert date will be consider as PD?

3. I-130 approval and next step (welcome letter from NVC) will sent to my parents or my brother's address?

4. after I-130 approve and his Priority date become current in filling table then what will be next step who are out of us?
