Hello Dear Members,

Hope you are all doing well.

Due to pregnancy my wife is gonna delay the x-ray until delivery which will be in around 2 months after the interview.so after the interview mtl would put her case to AP until they receive the complete medical.

My question is that how long mtl embassy wait for  the remaining medical results, are 2-3 months ok ?

Thanks for your help

That is a question for the consulate...not for us...

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Hello, most likely you will be under “refused” which is the 221g until your medical results are complete and sent to the embassy. If I were you and your wife I would choose a later interview date if possible because it also depends on the embassy how long they are processing any documents (medical exam) that is for the 221g when turned in it could last up to 60 days for your wife to get her visa issued after her medical results have been turned in.

Hope this made sense.
