I 134 Questions - I'm sure I am not alone! (K1 Visa)

I am convinced that these forms are made confusing on purpose!  Here are the spots that were confusing and/or I got conflicting information about how to fill them out in the I 134 form (I am a U.S. citizen filling out this form for my fiancée K1 beneficiary living in the Philippines).   If anyone has had success filling out and submitting this form yourself,  please share!

Under the sponsor's financial information in part 3,  do I list myself as a dependent or not? (I have seen both 1 and 0 listed for people who have no dependents besides themselves -- which is correct?!)

Under my fiancée's (the beneficiary)  income in part 2, under "relationship to the beneficiary",  should I put "beneficiary" for my fiancée? (who I am agreeing to support).  This part really makes no sense.  It seems I am supposed to list my fiancée as the "beneficiary" of the beneficiary and not "self".  The way I understand it is, it should only be "self"  if no one else is supporting her... right?

Under "anticipated length of stay":  I am leaning toward estimating an arrival date and with "no end date" selected.

Part 4:  I am feeling 90% sure this is all N/A if the sponsor (myself) filled out and signed the I 134 for the Beneficiary to bring to the K1 interview

Under "intent to provide specific contributions to the beneficiary"  I am marking that "I intend"  and then saying that I intend to provide full financial support with no end date -- with specific contributions in part 8, room and board, food, medical etc.  Anyone do anything different?

I putting N/A in pretty much every single spot that I have no information to fill in -- seems safer than leaving something blank even if its acceptable in some places.

I filled one out for the Philippines recently.  For part 3, I did not include myself as a dependent.  For part 2, I listed "self" for the beneficiary.

You are correct to put the anticipated arrival date and select "no end date"

You are also correct that Part 4 will be filled with N/A.

Remember that this confusing form is "designed" to fit multiple visa types.  It doesn't work very well for K-1.

We had our interview last week.  The I-134, nor any supporting documents, were collected at the interview.  I'm not saying don't fill it out but be aware that the Philippines probably won't even ask for it.  That also means mine wasn't reviewed and proven to be filled out correctly.  I'm just telling you what I put on it.  I followed a good video when I filled it out.  Unfortunately, I don't have a link for that video anymore.

Thanks for all the info!  Hopefully we will be over prepared as you were :)
