School Records is by no means the only documentation, certainly seems that precise age is not always an issue in some Countries.

Can they reclassify someone from F2A to F2B?

Hello everyone, thank you for your advice, I have already obtained confirmation from the higher educational authority of the department where my school is located, the reason why the petition was returned to USCIS was lack of evidence of relationship, I realized USCIS DNA reaffirmed the petition. Can I challenge allegations of misrepresentation during the visa interview?

Yes. If somebody ‘ages out’ of the F2A category then they move to the F2B category.

If you can afford it , definitely lawyer up as @manyfudge recommends ..so you can submit a G.28 and legal brief before/at the interview.

No doubt there as it is the only petition filed on OP s behalf . A 6 year delay between 1at interview and USCIS finally re affirming is dreadful..but lacking WOM action ..very real for many
