70$ for AoS and 380$ for IV. The medical is something like 300$ I've heard, but it varies depending on the place.

Stabu is correct with AOS and IV Bill which are paid in US money order. Medical in the Philippines is for $95 for adults and $65 for child. But you have to pay it in Philippine peso (US$ equivalency). Delbros, I don't know about that. However, you need to pay entrance fee when you go to the US Embassy in Manila. Goodluck!

But, you have to pay it in Philippine peso (US$ equivalency). Delbros in Manila is less than 300Php (depending on the location your visa will be delivered to). I also heard that you need to pay entrance fee when you go to the US Embassy in Manila, but unsure about this. Goodluck!

Are you pursuing a CR1 visa? Your timeline says it's a K3 visa. If it is, there isn't a IV bill nor an AOS fee bill for K3s.

Does anyone know what paperwork there is left to do once in the US on a CR1?

The cost for a CR1/IR1 visa now is a total of $805. K3 is $1366. With the CR1/IR1 visa the beneficiary doesn't have to do anything more once he/she arrives in the US until 90 days before the 2 year expiration date of the green card. A person coming in with a K3 needs to file to adjust status and get EAD.

Also, depending on the embassy, the time difference between a CR1/IR1 and K3 is about a month or two.

CR/IR visa will turn out to be less expensive since when the applicant enters the US, there will be no more Adjustment of Status application to do (which is what K-visa applicants need to do and with the increase in fees at USCIS effective July 30, it is way too much).

Medical at SLEC (Philippines) - $95 for adults (paid in pesos depending on the current exchange rates). $15 per additonal Chest X-rays that may be required if they find the initial CXR to be "suspicious".

Delbros delivery within Metro Manila- p165 (more if outside Manila and a little more if in the remote areas/provinces)

And there's no entrance fee when you go to the US Embassy in Manila. There are people outside the gates that lets you "sit" while you wait until the guards lets you enter the gates/premises. These people would ask for payment for the "seats" (abut p10.00). But there is no entrance fee. Tell your wife not to be fooled/scammed by these people who would insist on other payments, like "pictures" that needed to be taken and scaring applicants that they will not be allowed to enter if they don't have ID pictures with them. For CR/IR visa applicants at USEM, no need to bring ID pictures, the pictures will be submitted at SLEC during the medical exam and SLEC will forward it to USEM together with the medical results for the interview. Tell her not to bring her cell phone, since it is no longer allowed inside USEM and we are not allowed to leave it with the guards. There are people outside USEM who will keep the cell phone for p100.00.
