Any progress or updates for December 2023  filing? I haven't heard a peep :(

Given it takes 15 months for I-130s, you'll likely hear something in March - May 2025.

MyProgress is a joke. People get "Your case is taking longer than expected" 9 days after filing.

Never mind I see it now. I was not logging in the right uscis account or maybe cos it was on my phone?

Hi everyone! Quick update. This morning I got a notification that action was taken on my case. When I logged in, I did not see an update. But tonight I logged into USCIS and check the documents tab and found the approval notice for both parents case! I’m so excited! Good look to everyone! I hope you hear something soon

Hey. You can do it on your phone. I’m not sure if it looks different if you’re on an iPhone or android. But when you log in, under “section” you click the drop down arrow and it will give you the options to view documents. I also filed online

update! Got an email about case decision, logged in and saw it was approved! Yay!

Any ideas on the steps from NVC onward? The approval notice stated the beneficiary will be contacted but she barely checks her email or knows how to ? Wondering how to avoid missing potential important instructions! Please advise

I am wondering too, why would they contact the beneficiary. I hope I am the one who gets the communication. I think I am going to ask this question in the main forum.

Actually, beneficiary is the one who should receive communication about their interview. It's the beneficiary who's required to go to embassy for the interview to get their visa etc.
