Hello and good luck to everyone.

I've filed for my mom on the USCIS site and just received the Receipt Notice.

I became a Citizen in January 2023.

Hi. For biological mom, the process should be simple. The most important document you will want is your birthday certificate; You will fill out form I-130 Petition for aliens relatives.

It's still a bit too early - 14 months is about the norm. 

It’s funny because when I just filed and in “my progress” it showed that it will take 4 months😆
