Strange i asked lawyer and he said that you can now go without primary applicant

I'd send him the link that I've given you above and ask him why that doesn't apply to you.

Good job you checked here.

Yes, it's absolutely still applicable. You can't enter before the principal applicant, you must either enter at the same time or after them. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-10-prepare-for-the-interview/step-12-after-the-interview.html#:~:text=Entering the United States, derivative family members with visas.

How long it will take will depend on various factors, ours was super quick and easy, maybe 10 minutes and just a handful of questions.

Hey guys i have one question, if my mom is a primary applicant, i can’t change her address from USCIS. When i change it it is rejecting it. I changed for other family members and it worked but my mom as primary applicant didn’t. Is this a rule or it can be fixed?

What stage are you at, what kind of application, is it a US or international address you want to change it to? And what are you trying to change it on?

Address of getting the greencard. Its a family sponsor immigration

And what stage is she at? If she's got her visa but hasn't entered the US on it, then she can just change her address when she arrives (take it typed out ready to give to the officer just for ease). If she has already entered and wants it sent somewhere else, it may be too late, but she can try filing the AR11.

After entering the US, is it enough to change the address using the USCIS account and informing the US Postal service in order to have the green card and other papers sent to the new address ? Is there any website that shows my current address information and the previously updated addresses?

OK. Your questions are all slightly odd to be honest, is there something you don't want your sponsor to know? Or the principal applicant? What is the exact situation you're trying to avoid?

Have you entered the US already?

No, changing address works half of the time. You also need to file AR-11 whenever you change addresses.

We entered the US, the main applicant and myself and changed my address at the cbp at the airport. But i read that the postal service address should be also changed. I dont know if it will be automatically changed. Thats why im asking. And im not living with my sponsor, we are living in a different state. I dont want my papers to go to the sponsor, i want them to sent to me

If you gave them a new address, it should have been changed.

Nothing should be sent to your sponsor now you're a GC holder.
