Hi Longingfor,

Why did they request you for ROE? what was the problem?

The officer did not say, only thing she commented on was not seeing the mortgage documents online.  My thought during the interview was if you did not see the mortgage documents how did you know I had uploaded mortgage documents.  I told her I had hardcopies of everything that was uploaded and she responded saying, she don't have time to look at it when conducting interviews so I should mail it in.  The document I received said evidence of bonafide marriage and notarized letter from spouse saying we have never separated or attempted to file for divorce. Guess she didn't believe we were a couple.I went home and enjoyed my Christmas and New Years then sent her a 3 lb package from the year 2018-2021.  I truly didn't know why she was harsh during my interview but she was.  Guess some people just are difficult for no reason.  When I applied to remove conditions, I received my 10 year green card without an interview so maybe that's why she was harsh but only she knows her reasoning.

Hi

Today i attended to oath ceremony in houston tx, officer checked my paperwork and said we couldnt print your certificate becouse they had administration isssue. Do you guys seen anyone with the same issue? She said they will schedule me again.but i dont know how long does it take

Sorry to hear that, frustrating when you're almost done:(

Can I ask when your interview was? I interviewed in January in Houston as well and have yet to be scheduled for oath ceremony. Thanks.

@Sidpro This is actually not new, I've read where candidates' Oath Ceremony were cancelled before the actual date. This one is looking like it's directly from the Houston Field office, which I hope they should be able to fix in no time.  What's the update, have you heard anything from the USCIS Houston office.
