Today i had my interview in Houston field office and got approved  I applied on September 21st online and  and today ( Jan 29th) was my interview ,. I got green card thru employment not marriage

IKR. My husband keeps calling "have they cancelled yet is Houston all shut down. I said we will be there 9am on the 8th ya hear me. :)

I would say they are done with the reschedules. We were a April 7th approval never scheduled previous so all new. Yes. One week ya'll I am so excited even though I have to sit in car.

My N-400 application for citizenship interview was scheduled for April 14 but got cancelled. I understood that the field office in Houston (Gear Rd) would reopen on June 4th. I have not received a new invitation. Does anyone know whether the field office is open? Are they sending invitations for interview? Anyone here that had a de-scheduled interview that has heard anything about a new date?

 

My timeline:

N-400 filed - Sep 24, 2019

Appointment for Biometrics scheduled - Sep 28, 2019

Biometrics appointment - Oct 17, 2019

Interview scheduled - Mar 10, 2020

Interview date - April 14, 2020

No Houston is not open yet to interviews. They been just doing Oaths for right now.
