It was about 40 people total. He was in and out in about 20 minutes. They took the oath and got their certificates and that was it.

Today i had my interview in Houston field office and got approved  I applied on September 21st online and  and today ( Jan 29th) was my interview ,. I got green card thru employment not marriage

You would think if you said I have a trip to make and need my green card I can return to you when I get back. Or can you use a copy  of naturalization certificate. Just was thinking you really are stuck.

Yes its crazy! Hope by time I will be scheduled for Oath it will be back to normal 2 weeks not 2,5months

 

01/14/2020 - filed N400 Miami FL

01/18/2020 - NOA Biometric scheduled 

02/05/2020 - Biometrics done 

03/13/2020 - Interview scheduled - canceled due Covid19

08/19/2020 - Interview 

08/27/2020 - OATH Ceremony MIAMI FL 

Done with USCIS  !!!! Good luck everyone!

I don’t see any other cancellations - you should call USCIS.

Finally got hold of a person on the phone this morning but he didn't have any helpful information.

He basically said that each field office is handling their own scheduling in a different way and that it was most likely an issue with the unavailability of the day I was scheduled for.

I did have a separate update at the same time as the cancellation saying I was placed in-line so I'm back to waiting again *sigh*

So sorry. Hope you are rescheduling quickly.  I still would show up on the date with letter. You never know.

 

I just want July 8th to hurry and come before Houston shuts down again.

I bet you a lot of staff took off an extra day for the long weekend.   You might get a new one this week.

Houston got me nervous. Anyone else checking their documents daily to make sure we aren't descheduled? Lord please let the 8th hurry up and come.

Lockdown might come back, I could see them doing it for the long weekend if cases moon.
