Citizenship Application Approved!

N400 Filed: June 14 2019

Appointment scheduled: Jan 27th for March 2nd

Approved and awaiting oath schedule. 

 

* The thing is, they updated my estimated completion online from Nov 2020 to April 2021!! Yikes. I called and they assured me the oath will be scheduled for a day within the next 90 days. They said the system should update and fix the error when the oath is scheduled and the estimated time in 2021 will not affect the oath scheduling. Phew!! 

 

Anyone else interviewed this week? Did you get your oath scheduled already?

Congrats on your approval.......I think you should expect your oath notification after 7 or 8 days of your interview.

Hi my N400 interview done 

Just curious about how can I check my application status cx myuscis and dhs.gov both has old status like we schedule your interview,  kindly advise me if someone knows any other way to check thanks

we had our interview Thursday the 27th. We are waiting fro our N-14 letter unless she changed her mind. No update on N-400 which he passed fine or the I-751 so we giving it 30 days before we start calling and inquiring.

I was interviewed on February 10th at San Antonio and I have the same situation as yours. I was recommended for approval.

 

The telephone based helpline would be the only other way to inquire but they wouldn't know of what's going on behind the scenes. They did mention to me that it was no cause to worry. 

 

I feel I have to steel myself to face a long wait for this thing to process.

Thanks for responding,  I just got update case approved and will send u oath ceremony letter in 30 days , so keeping pray and hope for best

My husband just had his interview and was recommended for approval! If I’m reading this thread right, there is 1 oath ceremony per month in Houston? Does anyone know what time of day it is? I want to attend if work permits.

If I am not mistaken, it’s between 7am & noon.

Thank you!!! No one posted that anywhere I could find. And it was accurate! My Oath Ceremony was scheduled and the letter sent 3/5, the notification was emailed 3/6 and the letter is already uploaded to the website.

Congratulations! I just checked my status and I was also scheduled for April 1st.

I had my interview on February 18th.

 

Looks like we’ll be attending the same ceremony!

Hi I just got oath ceremony letter too that will April 1st , 2020, in Houston texas hope will see u there hahhaha

I am one of those with the Oath Ceremony scheduled for Mar 17, next Tuesday. Naturally with what's going on with the Coronavirus, I am wondering if others think that it will still go ahead or where messaging to the effect of it being cancelled/postponed would appear; also just checking that I have not missed anything. 

 

Anyone with any thoughts on this? I would imagine April's ceremony(s) may also be impacted at the very least.
