Today i had my interview in Houston field office and got approved  I applied on September 21st online and  and today ( Jan 29th) was my interview ,. I got green card thru employment not marriage

It's more like 14 months right now. People who applied at the beginning of August 2017 are getting interview letters last couple of days.

Yes, there are cases like these but that's definitely not the norm in Houston. Like I said above, they are processing August 2017 right now in Houston. So nothing to be jealous about, really.

I filed case inquiry since my i751 is pending since 2016 (SMH) , and they said that they will process i751 and n400 together but didnt say when. Having mid terms in November I thought they would like to have more eligible voters, but looks like that ship has sailed. :(

Try after midnight or early morning. I woke up to go to work and tried, it worked! I was able to get an infopass appointment when I tried early morning around 5:30 AM. All the best!

I don't think there is, but I have seen that online filers move pretty quickly than paper. So I would suggest you file online.

Thanks man ! I already applied yesterday now showing waiting time 24 months ☹️. When did you apply ?

08-25-14: (Day 104) - EAD file (at least) transferred to MSC (According to InfoPass appointment, 9/5/14)

08-28-14: (Day 107) - Second Service Request initiated

09-05-14: (Day 115) - (1) NCSC reply to second Service Request, identical to one on 7-30 (2) InfoPass appointment on EAD issue. Staff notified my file is now at MSC instead of NSC.

04-03-15: (Day 328) - Email notification of EAD/AP Approval

04-10-15: (Day 335) - EAD/AP Approval letter received

04-13-15: (Day 338) - EAD/AP Card Received

N-400 Fields
GC-Type: The type of your Green Card petition, EB1, EB2, NIW, EB3, EB4, EB5, Marriage, Relative
GC-Date: The 'Resident Since' Date located on your first green card.
Sent: Date N-400 was mailed to USCIS.
Cashd: Date your check was cashed / credit card was charged by USCIS.
NOA: Receipt Notice Date Printed on your official I-797 notification.
Fprints: Date assigned for fingerprinting (Bio-metrics). If you do your biometrics via walk-in prior to your scheduled appointment, please enter the date in bold blue.
In Line: Date you received e-notification about the start of your interview scheduling.
Int Ltr: Date you received the official letter in the mail regarding interview.
Interview: Date of your interview.
Oath: Date Oath taken.
Field Office: Your local USCIS office where you will have the N-400 interview. You can determine your field office here.
NBC: National Benefits Center
IOE: ELIS (efile)
ECD: Estimated  date as reported in USCIS website for your case
