it depends on case, me and my wife applied together on September 21st and she already had her interview on 14th november and she got approved and my interview came late which is next month, it depends on each person case and which officer it goes to and how busy he is .

For those who took the civics test at the Houston FO, do you have to remember all the answer for a particular question or just one of them for example :

What does the judicial branch do?

▪ reviews laws

▪ explains laws

▪ resolves disputes (disagreements)

▪ decides if a law goes against the Constitution

During the test did you have to name all of these or just one answer was suffice?

I assume the must ask questions will be the names of politicians?

You have to know all 100. 6 will need to be correct out of 10.

They are multiple answers to a question so I believe you need just 1 correct.

Thanks. Was just asking for confirmation of somebody who already took the test what they experienced first hand.
