Sequence of tasks after NOA2 for K1

I think I have a pretty good handle on what we need to do after we get our NOA 2 approval for our K1 visa (Philippines),  but I am wondering if someone who has been through the process recently could put these items in exact chronological order, (and let me know if I am missing anything):  

Receive NVC welcome letter

Submit DS 160

Pay MRV fee

Schedule Interview (it seems my Fiancé must do this online and is not automatically assigned a date)

Schedule Medical exam

Attend Interview

Schedule CFO Course after visa is in hand 

(AOSG is not required to leave the country for K1 visa as far as I can tell)

Manila has everything online.  Go to the website and get the official instructions 

 

You need to pay the MRV fee before you can submit the DS 160 as you will need the proof of payment information
