Can I still change interview embassy for IR2 immigration visa?

Hey Everyone,

So I already submitted the IR2 visa for my child, and I am already done with I864 form.

I am wondering am I still have chance to change the embassy for IR2 interview?

I am in China, and I just relocated to the other city which also has the US embassy.

If I can re-arrange, would it delay my interview?

Thanks.

Guangzhou is the only embassy in China that processes IV’s so it won’t be possible to switch locations.

Guangzhou is the only US Consulate in China that issues immigrant visas.
