I-134 Questions - Letter from employer - Assets

First, thank you for taking the time to help me. I've started watching Youtube videos and reading guides but have a couple questions about I-134 for a fiancé visa.

1) As the petitioner, I work for the federal government and I'm not sure if my supervisor or their boss can provide me with a signed statement like required in this process. Do you think it would be ok to print my personnel file from OPM that has this information on it and also provide them with "The work number" that they could use to call and verify?

2) My salary is easily enough to cover the minimums but as for listing assets I have about 3 retirement accounts with $50k+ in each. Should I list these? If I do list them, do I need the letter of good standing from the bank that shows the date account opened, deposits for the year, and current balance? I plan to do that with my checking account but do I need to do it for every account including retirement? I also have an investing account, do I do it for that too?

3) If my salary covers the requirements, would it be better to leave off assets to avoid a possible RFE

4) Part 3, question 21 - I saw a lawyer on youtube recommend putting yes, then the explanation, "I intend to provide room and board and anything else required by my fiancé, first as my fiancé, then as my wife after her arrival in the United States. Is this what most people put down?

Thanks again for your help

YouTube is not a good source of immigration information.  No such thing as an RFE for the I134.

Manila really only cares about your income.  If your salary is sufficient then document that and don't worry about anything else.

In the future just ask all Manila specific questions in the Philippines regional forum because answers can vary by consulate.

PS. Manila may not even want to see the i134 at all when the interview happens.
