Per the website:

As soon as you receive your appointment date, you must schedule a medical examination in Vietnam.... All applicants who have not completed their medical examination and brought their information sheet from the panel physician will also be turned away.

Yes , The medical is completed and I have the Information sheet shown that the medical have been completed but it required a "sputum Test" which take 10-weeks to have a result.

Since no one seem to have an answer , well now I do hope It will help other people later.

You can only make an appointment for your medical exam after you have scheduled for the interview.

after the X-ray if you are required to have Sputum test (9-10 weeks to have the result)

YOU STILL ALLOW TO HAVE THE INTERVIEW AS SCHEDULED. (do not cancel or reschedule the appointment people)

your Visa will not be issue until you submitted the medical result later on ( if you passed the interview )
