Waiting for Oath date now (Was told 3 weeks but no information yet). I did a name change.

Anyone filed online in 2022 yet? I just filed ours today and I'm sure it'll go to the Dallas Field Office. Curious about what we can expect timeline wise. USCIS website says 13 months, but I"m hoping it'll be faster. All of our previous applications have been very smooth, we even got the I-751 interview waived under the new rule. 

8/16/18 -- Married

10/23/18 -- I-130 filed (DCF in Beijing)

12/03/18 -- I-130 approved

12/23/18 -- Packet 3 Sent to GZ

12/28/18 -- Packet 4 received

02/14/19 -- Interview in GZ -- approved!

Total: 113 days from filing to approval

07/15/19 -- Entered US

08/13/19 -- Applied for Social Security Card

08/16/19 -- Green Card received

08/22/19 -- Social Security Card received

6/22/21 – I-751 (Removal of Conditions) mailed out via USPS

6/29/21 - I-751 NOA

9/17/21 - I-751 Biometrics

6/8/22 - I-751 approved (interview waived under new 2022 rule)

6/15/22 - 10-year GC received in mail!

Total: 358 days from filing to receiving 10-year GC

6/18/22 - N-400 filed online

11/18/22 - Interview scheduled for Dallas Field Office

Looking at some of the timelines of other users, it looks like under a year seems to be pretty normal these days for people filing in 2021. Hope you hear something soon!

Well. I have applied in End of March 2022. I am still waiting on I-751 interview(May 2021 applicant).

My friend got interview in 11th  month. (but he was under 5 year rules)

I applied for our I-751 in June 2021 and got the interview waived, so maybe yours will be too!

Hi! My experienced after my interview was good it only takes 10mins and I got right away and email same day about my oath being scheduled on next month.

Less than 14 days after my interview I received mail for my oath. From the day of my interview to my oath ceremony total days 26.. Hope you guys get yours soon. By the way mine was last year 2021 of April the interview and the oath May.

Finally got notice of interview today for July 29 at Dallas field office. This happened 10 days after USCIS replied to my representative stating they have requested my A file. Applied I-751 on 05/19 and N-400 on 09/20.

I filed in Feb and it was super smooth. Already got my interview scheduled for Aug.
