Anyone received interview notice recently. My wife who filed on same day with me in Dec 2019 already attended her interview yesterday.

I'm still waiting for my interview letter.

My wife had her interview earlier this week and was told to wait for oath ceremony letter. Does anyone know what's the wait time to from interview to oath ceremony and which location will it be?

I applied sept 2019 and I already had my interview so November should be close.

I have filed in December 2019 and still waiting for interview letter.

 

If you are not changing name, then oath ceremony usually is completed within a month (there may be delays in December due to holidays).

 

If you are changing name, then oath ceremony must be administered by a federal judge. The date depends on when USCIS can get a judge's appointment from the federal court for your jurisdiction.

 

Most of the Dallas-Forth Worth area falls under one of the following federal district courts.

 

If you live in a county which is under Texas Northern District Court jurisdiction, then you can find the schedule here (usually at least once a month)

If you live in a county which is under Texas Eastern District Court jurisdiction, they do not have any published schedule. I know one Dallas filer from Denton county who attended his interview on 29-Sep is till waiting for oath date.

Which date your husband applied and when did they take his biometrics? I know couple of mid November 2019 filers who have received mid December interview dates.

Oath location will be in Irving USCIS (same location where we go for interview).

Did your wife ask for name change. If not, oath will be completed within a month after interview. I saw some Dallas filers completed their oath two weeks after interview.

He applied 11/23/19 and went for biometrics 12/20/19

When I saw your post, I checked on my husband's and his said his interview was scheduled today too !!!!!!!!  Like you, we will now wait for the letter.

Ok great but if 5 days pass and no letter shows up call USCIS and ask them for the date of ur interview and also reques them to fax u a copy .. have a fax number ready .. because I miss my oat ceremony nov 20 because the mail never came .
