I30 Approval

Hello,

Our I30 got approved today! 11 months exactly.

My question is where and how does the approval notice get sent? Is it mailed or emailed.

I seem to be having some issues logging into my online USICS account at present, the authorization code it sends to your email address is not coming through. I know it has been approved from checking our receipt number.

Thank you

The petitioner will receive a paper copy by mail.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

when USCIS appoves the petition and it is sent to NVC,  USCIS no longer has access as the case is not in that office

u will get email with new embassy case # and can log into https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx

when u hear from NVC

Don't confuse filing a petition that will surely be "closed" with "applying for a visa".
