N-400 January 2024 filers

At the interview the officer said it would take “a few days” to approve the N-400 after I-751 is approved but now we are 3 weeks out. I know they have 120 days to make their decision but it seems weird that I’m still waiting for approval. Especially since the I-751 approval notice states that I will not receive a new green card because their records show that the N-400 has been approved. 
 

Is there anything I can do at this stage to move things along? Feels like the officer has just forgotten about us as she said nothing else was pending.

I am tempted to upload the I-751 approval notice with a cover letter to the N-400 as additional unsolicited evidence. 
 

Has anyone had any success with that kind of action to get things moving on their case?

Just got notices in email that action was taken and signed in to the web page and it shows approved 751 and notice that she was in queue for oath ceremony. She had her interview this morning.

My interview has been cancelled due unforseen circustatances 93 days ago.

Still no reschedule.

Does anybody know about filling FOIA can speed up the case and get reschedule?

Anybody filled this before and your experiences please?

FOIA can have a reverse effect. When you file FOIA, supposedly case processing gets paused while information is being pulled and response is assembled. Unless you think there is a hold up related to some issue in your immigration history or background, I wouldn't file it.

I had my interview Friday, July 26 in Lawrence, MA. Today, case statuses were updated:

I-751 says new card is being produced (despite being told I wouldn't get a new card).

N-400 status is oath ceremony will be scheduled. 😁

Hi, my interview has been canceled 120 days ago and still no reschedule.

I called today USCIS to ask where is my case right now and they told me in the local uscis office.

Is that mean I will get interview date soon or this mean nothing?

Try calling your local office or go to your congressman office to find out for you,

they can find out for you on the spot while you wait in their office.

There is no phone or email in the local office. I can’t find it. It’s always one same general phone number, uscis number

I called today uscis to ask about when my interview will be after they rescheduled 4 months ago due unforseen circumstances.

They sent me some referral number start with T1B…..MSC and assigned to officer to respond.

Anybody had this experiences before?
