Strange the case dropped from the our account. That and the removal of conditions. Had to use the online lookup instead. Wonder what happened there. Hopefully it shows back up next week.

Ours, too.  I was checking for my wife's oath ceremony date as we are out of state for another week.  I assume we will be fine but wanted to know what the date is.

I just checked mine out of curiosity and the N-400 is gone, I-751 still there but it is stuck on "Card was mailed" so maybe still considered active. I already got the physical mail with the oath date, so less of an issue but it seems to be a glitch for more people, hopefully soon fixed.

Question for folks who already had their interview or got their interview notice:

Was interview notice mailed by (came from) National Benefits Center, Missouri or by local field office? Can you please tell who sends the notices out?

For me national benefits center. It’s the same place as all your other letters

Hi Everyone,  I submitted my n400 application online on Jan 17 2024 and uploaded all the supporting documents. On Jan I received notice of action 1-797 and i-797C biometric appointment on Jan 18th 2024. Subsequently I also received the the same notices in snail mail. My appointment was scheduled for Jan 31st 2024 at Application support Center Sacramento which i attended and they took my fingerprints. When I login on USCIS account it was showing all the documents i submitted and approximately wait time with a message that USICS is actively reviewing my account.

However, Since yesterday, when I login i don't see anything related to my case. It is like i have never filed any application. All is the attached screen. I am not sure what is happening. Why all of sudden my record is disappeared? Did anyone else experienced the same issue?

Thank you in advance.

This is just a glitch in USCIS system. If you read VJ, you'll see many people are experiencing the same.

Looks like they do long background checks for us or something else🙄 i have seen others getting interviews fast. Do u know the status of other applicants from our country by any chance? Are they also waiting or were their cases quick?

Good morning,

I have my interview in a week and thinking to bring my tax return documents for 2023 as we filed our taxes after I applied for citizenship. My question is do I want to upload it online or just bring into the office? Did they ask you for it?

I took my 2023 tax transcript and the officer asked if I had filed but didn’t want to see the actually transcript.

Thank you! Did you have an officer physically present in the office or this was by video?
