Your PD is not current. It may take a few months for your PD to become current. Watch the visa bulletin to see if your PD is current.

It could well be longer than a few months, it’s only moved a month in the past 8 months. But hopefully at some point in 2024 your PD will be current and you’ll be added to the queue for an interview. I think Islamabad has pretty lengthy queues but you can find out info on that on other threads.

When will interview letter come

As i know people with dq dates of march 2020 getting interview

Presumably those people have an earlier PD or they’re immediate relatives though, your PD only became current today, so you have only just been added to the queue for an interview.

I have seen people waiting for over a year on Pakistan for an interview
