K1 Visa Interview Checklist

Timeline

Hi all!

 

I want to be sure my fiance and are I prepared as much as we can for the K1 interview. Can you all please tell us what we absolutely NEED to bring day of and maybe some other 'nice to have' items as well.

Note that some of the items do not apply to K1 cases, like I-864.  Bring I-134 instead.  Also bring a more recently-dated letter of intent to marry.
