I didn't see my son’s interview letter, so he didn't attend the interview and l was asked to book new interview date on the consular website but they have no appointment dates and my son need medical emergency what should l do.

Get your son the medical treatment he needs at his home country, then continue with the visa process after he has recovered.

The medical attention He needs there are not qualified doctors in my home country only USA or India. And when leave USA to stay with my son to healed l will be in financial hardship, and it can take between a year to healed.
