Hi People,

I hope anyone can give me some idea about my case. I was thinking to send the xerox copy of my approval noticed to the NVC, coz Until now they dont have any record of my approval case in USCIS, I was approved more than 7 weeks now. Until now NVC dont have record of my case. Would that help if i send the xerox copy of my approval noticed to the NVC. Anyone from here exp. that. I hope fellow people give me some idea with it. I have no plans to contact my congresman or my senator as of now coz we will be just 2 months since we got our approval noticed. But its killing me knowing USCIS dont send my case to the NVC or until now NVC have no record of my case. I hope am not sound impatient here am just starting to worry bout my papers now THanks for reading my post... I hope to hear comments or ideas regarding my case situation.

i forgot what category are you in, are you in K1? anyways, even if you send them a photo copy or the original noa2 per say, the thing is, they still want your physical case, I-129 form and the rest of the docs you sent to the uscis. i believe thats how it works, so they can give you a case number, then they will forward it to the embassy. you have to call the service center you're in (csc, or the other centers). call them if they still have your case or if they forward it already to the nvc, or what the heck is going on... i really hope you'll know the answer soon...

i believe there isnt any packet 3 in USEM, although after they will get your physical case, the embassy will send you a letter saying that they have receive your case etc and that it will give you some guidelines/requirements in the preparation for your interview... after that, they will send you a packet 4 which is the appointment letter and the DS-forms... good luck
