Hello everyone, I need a little help figuring out what documents if any need to be physically mailed to my fiancé for the K1 visa. Due to them having to obtain a visa to get to their assigned embassy in Warsaw it's hard to coordinate everything and I've been seeing conflicting information about this, so 2 questions:

1. Are there any papers that need to be mailed abroad to my fiancé or would a printed copy of everything suffice? Especially things like the renewed letter of intent to marry, would a scanned signature from me be acceptable?

2. How recent should the financial documents be along with the affidavit of support? Are there any clear guidelines on this? It may take a few months until the interview actually takes place, and we couldn't find enough info whether anything we gather right now could be deemed too old at the embassy.
