The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

It's all just a guideline anyway - it shows us how far into the system we should be approximately :) I'm just glad there aren't more people on VJ - otherwise according to StillThePrettiest's esimagations I would be nearer 2580... I think I'm at least a little happy where I am even if it is psychosomatic :D

I'll just remind people generally that my guesstimate was based on something someone else had posited elsewhere... I have no knowledge of how accurate that is :)

I don't mind where I'm at, to be honest... I knew from the start it would take a while, and it's fun to hang out with you guys and compare notes, and support each other, but I'm not marking any dates in my calendar just yet ;)

Ya, my estimate time went from Dec19 to Dec 24. Well, I hope I can get my NOA2 by Christmas. What does everyone do while waiting for NOA2? I have so so much fear that my I-129F might not be approved. Don't you have so much fear? I want to get rid of my fear, so I try to find something to do.

I don't think I feel fear as such - panic, neurosis... yes... but not fear!!!

While I'm waiting?! I watch tv with my mum, work, talk online with my OH and we watch tv shows online together. We have a website that we are (slowly) working on and I play on games and things online or on my playstation, look at wedding things (need to check out hairstyles next!) and go out with my friends :)

It does feel like only half a life at the moment, as if I can't start really living until things are all sorted out but I am feeling better about things more recently and have managed to drag myself out of the slump I was in :)

planning! we're doing lots of planning :)

we're talking about which of my furniture I'm going to bring - I've got some on two continents now :lol: - and what we're going to need to buy... what plants we want for the garden... what we're going to do when we finally get down to Aus and I can show him my homeland :)

otherwise - work, clean the house, hang out with friends, all the normal things really ;)

Hey :P I didn´t know bszoom was working on another update and I was sort of working on my personal one since I don´t appear in his one :P I just did it from April to end of June since I thought applications from March and earlier should already be approved. Kinda surprised me that Chasnik is still waiting...that´s crazy so long. I thought the old ones were just inactive here on VJ. So when USCIS says time for approvals is 6 months it doesn´t have to be like that? So I just added the earlier ones as a number after I was finished. I post it here just in case someone wants to peek. Maybe there are other people who aren´t in bszoom´s list..

just updating for those who might not have checked lately - SIX approvals out of CSC on the 28th :)

The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.
