Hey maybe in wrong forum but does any one know how to find out when package sent to NVC and then to consulate?

15/05/2007 Sent 129f to Nebraska transferred to Csc

29/05/2007 Recieved noa1

01/06/2007 Touch

15/08/2007 Called csc. told working on apps from 14/05/2007

15/08/2007 Touch(Due to phone call)

16/08/2007 Touch( phone call or did it finally get assigned?)

19/09/2007 Approved (145 days from sending)

02/11/2007 NVC received

06/11/2007 Left NVC

14/11/2007 Embassy received

15/11/2007 Packet sent out

04/12/2007 Interview

I really haven't been keeping up with other approvals and things so it is great that people here are taking the time to keep track :) Would be nice to see another update but I think Bszoom42 is a bit busy now with his OH getting approved and moving over, organising wedding etc... ;D

oh, I bet he'll do updates when he has the chance; he knows how much we all appreciate them :)

The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

Man Scott, I thought I would get on here today and see that you had been approved. This really sucks big time. Hopefully USCIS is working weekends and we will see some approvals today. A person can hope can't he? :wacko:

Hi Gary,

You know...Musicgirl did the RFE trick as I did and found out that her case was also assigned last week but she couldn't hold out for email conformation or case update at USCIS online so she called on Friday and low and behold her case was approved. It is still not updated online nor has she received an email. I tried to call on Friday also but I was a little too late so now another painful weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(:(:( I will find out soon what is going on and keep you posted.

PS Your case is right around the corner...sit tight :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

I have a question. I wonder how many applicants does CSC recieve each month? (I-129F) I am sure not everyone is using this site. I am just interested in the statistics. I am planning to marry my boyfriend in March and I applied in July 28th. My NOA1 was issued on August 6th. Do you think I can make it?

I don't know if reliable stats are available, but I think a conservative estimate would say at least a couple of thousand petitions per month

your estimated NOA2 date is December 19... I don't know what the times are like through Tokyo, but I think you might be pushing it... who can say though; anything's possible

Next week we will be hitting 100 days since we got our NOA1. We thought she would be here by December, now it's looking more like a January interview and her coming here by February. What a difference a few months makes. :unsure:

YEAH the weekend is finally over and something could actually happen again today.

Well with my time difference in England I have to wait till around 3 pm for anything to be able to happen but we are very excited about this week.

I have a feeling both Scott and myself (both on exactly the same dates including assignment and touches) are gonna hear something today. :thumbs::clock:

I also think that with it being closer to the end of Sept they are gonna have a sudden surge on the back log of May filers. :dance:

Come on CSC .....Have at it !!!!! B)

I got an email this morning saying that we were approved last Friday!!! :dance:

I checked our status online at least 50 times this past weekend, and the status didn't change until after I received the email.

It is good to have the approval finally, I feel like part of the weight has been removed from my shoulders!! :thumbs:

04/26/07: I-129f Paperwork sent to TSC - later transferred to CSC

05/03/07: Packet Received by CSC

05/08/07: NOA1

05/10/07: Touched

09/21/07: NOA2

09/24/07: Received NOA2 email yay!

09/26/07: Received NOA2 via USPS

11/24/07: Received Packet 3 from Vancouver - Was sent to wrong address which delayed it by a week.

12/19/07: Interview Date!!!
