Well, it is getting harder everyday...but I am still here and holding up :thumbs: it is my SO birthday today so hope that might bring us luck :star:

awe i really hope ur approval come for his b.day.......... perviz b.day is the tenth so im praying for that time frame for us.......just hang in there it will happen :)

I got touched yesterday and today . SOmeone at least knows I am there

First visit:2007-09-12 to 2008-09-23

I-129F Sent : 2007-11-24

I-129F NOA1 : 2007-11-30

I-129F NOA2 : 2008-03-31

NVC Received : 2008-04-21

NVC Left : 2008-04-23

Consulate Received : 2008-04-28

Packet 3 Received : 2008-05-20

Interivew date : 2008-08-07 CO asks inappropraite questions

His father died: 2008-08-18

Retain Marc Ellis 2008-09

Visited Nigeria again: 2008-11-12

petitioned returned to CSC :2008-11-27

returned to USA 2008-12-13

His father buried 2009-01-03

picks up K1 visa Nov 2009

Marriage Dec 2009

take throne as Igwe /Lolo 2010 or 2011

lol yup is a good thing and with ur time line who knows u might get ur noa2 soon at least i hope for u that is what it means

mine was touched too many times 3 weeks ago and until now its still pending.

All I can say do is to make a >>BIG SIGH!! (oh that makes me feel better :dance:

Thanks The USCIS site still says pending. I just got the notice in the mail when I got home today. I am beyond happy I called Nigeria as soon as I opened the notice and we talked and talked. Hopefully everyone else will be getting theirs soon. :blush::dance::dance::thumbs:

Well the CSC has absolutely outdone itself this week - an all time low! :angry: I think that an early easter combined with normal spring vacations have combined for a perfect storm of non-approvals. Last year the easter week was low and then for the next two weeks approvals were also sub-par. Simply amazing.

Of course any comments about the CSC are just opinions because it lacks any transparancy. Oh well, time to look for Mox's puppy. :blink:

I think that csc needs to be on Prozac lol.......about two or three weeks ago they told me our case in extensive back ground investigation......then they said after that its in extra review.............now we are supposedly in normal name check for security that all applications have to go thru........... :rofl:

yep Prozac is in order lol for them.......................................

congratulations lol i managed only a few hours at time nothing even close to ten waking hours lol.........even when we were at the coast i had to find a way to check it lol

Are you feeling a bit like a yo-yo these days? I'm thinking perhaps a strong cup of coffee might be better than the mind altering drugs these guys appear to be using. :yes:
