Waiting for a NOA2 from CSC for your I-129F?

what is the quoted timeframe for the I-129F? is from the day you filed or from the NOA1? can someone post an updated list of folks that are still waiting? if we are supposed to include the day we filed it's been 184 days for me and 158 if from the NOA1..so what is the quoted timeframe?

CSC is showing 129 days from filing to approval today. How many May filers are at 130 days or more?

I think the USCIS 6 month clock starts running on the Received Date on the hard copy of your NOA1. Unfortunately this does not apply to you since you had a RFE. USCIS says that the 6 month committment does not apply if they need to request additional information.

Your petition is obviously out of its box and on an adjudicator's desk. Do you have any idea why you have been touched so often? The adjudicator must be having a difficult time with your petition for some reason.

Oh my goodness. I'm overwhelemed with how much information is here. I have a receipt date of June 22, 2007. So I figure I'm about halfway through the wait process. At least for the USCIS portion of it. Then it'll go over to the Consulate. So, how do I know if it's been touched?

I agree it is crazy , they are obviosly totally overwhelmed. Seems like they planned very badly for the HB-1 deadline rush and the pre-fee increase rush. Putting them within a couple of months of each other was crazy thinking.

Ok..so it is 6 months or 180 days.. if the count starts on the day of NOA1 I am now in my 158th day.. and with the RFE when i got the confirmation that the case has resumed it sais 60 days.. so which means 180 plus 60 days equals to 240 days.. but what i really don't understand is the members that I have found here that had RFEs took only days or two weeks to get their NOA2 after their cases has resumed due to an RFE.. mine is just taking longer.. i hope my officer is not on vacation.. we all know for the fact that officers work on RFE first thing before any other cases because they just have to finish it or try to get rid of them first in their desk or wherever they put them..i'll put it this way, I SHOULD HAVE MY NOA2 BEFORE OR ON MY 240TH DAY!!! THIS REALLY SUCKS!!!

those stats are pitiful. 32 in the last 30 days, thats barely one a day. theres 334 on here waiting , so that would mean 334 days until these are cleared. thats a year.

Yeah...not counting the ones coming in every day...now we're up to 2...3...4 years?

Actually it works out to 287 days for July filers but I decided not to include the projections for CSC because the statistical validity is a little suspect.

And if it is any comfort to you guys, you are doing a lot better than VSC. Our 30 day average is 0.367 approvals a day and the projection for July filers is 428 days.
