I agree. I thought they were going for the most consecutive days without sending out an approval. Oh well, back to square one. I'm sure the adjudicator that approved it was given a good talking to by his/her supervisor for having the gall to approve it.

When you are way past the timeline it is impossible not to stress and wonder...I do enjoy the time I spend online with my fiance, but forgive me if after 3 years of being together and then deciding to go on this journey Id much rather get to know him more here in person than online...I also believe that if everyone that went way beyond the 6 month processing time they uscis has themselves laid out...writing to the ombudsman, congressman, senators, petitions, emailing the vice president then it wouldnt be the voice of one lone frustrated soul...it would be seen as the epidemic of lethargy on belhalf of the csc that it is!

Looking at your timeline---have you no NOA 2 yet??? Or just not an updated timeline?

you are way outside even the USCIS quoted timeframe. What are they telling you? I'm imagining that you've contacted them as to why you are waiting NOA 2 for such a ridiculously long time?

This is true. It will be so ironic though if it takes those that filed in say September on less time to be approved than those of us that filed in May and June, before the July deadline.

wont matter because they will be caught in the backlog of the embassys, once they get all the petitions sent from NVC.

the pipe is clogged, when it moves it just clogs it further down the ,line.

they can have a NOA2 in 3 days, it will be many more months to get an interview with the embassy.

Oh come on now even a 'touch' is too much to ask for

Didn't even get a touch on Monday after the elation of being 'touched' on Friday.

But still it was a Monday and you can't expect them to pick up a file on a Monday........can we ? ?
