Waiting for a NOA2 from CSC for your I-129F?

So I haven't looked at my timeline in about a week, and I noticed today that it slid out from (if I remember correctly) Feb 21st to March 2nd. Holy schamoley! Anyone else see their timeline go warp speed in the wrong direction? Heck for that matter, anyone else notice CSC seems to have fallen off the planet this week?

When I first started w/VJ, my estimated date was 4/7/08.....now it's down to 4/20/08. I am hoping and praying that CSC picks up the pace.

AOS Timeline:

7/30/08: Sent AOS to Chicago lockbox

7/31/08: Received by USCIS

8/06/08: Check cashed

8/07/08: Rec'd NOA for I-485 AOS

8/07/08: AOS, EAD, & AP - Touched

8/08/08: Rec'd NOAs for EAD & AP

8/12/08: Rec'd Biometrics appt letter

8/21/08: Biometrics

9/29/08: EAD & AP - approved!!

10/6/08: EAD & AP - received in the mail!

2/06/09: Received interview notice for March 10th!!

3/10/09: Passed interview - husband's GC approved!!! Woohoo!!! :-)

01/2011: File to remove conditions

Ohhh - see my "native" attire consists of some comfy jeans and a sweater :lol: Now I am jealous!!! You think you could send me one when you visit next?! I'll pay!! I can pretend to be interesting and cultural!! :D

Gee, I WISH I were going to visit again soon. But with the tickets running around $1500 each, I won't be going back any time soon. The next time I see my fiance will be when he arrives HERE!!!

But . . . . I know that there are a significant amount of people in England who are from West Africa. There must be somewhere there that you can find someone who can get you an African dress.

On the side, I'm sure you ARE interesting and cultural. It's just a different kind of culture. I mean, where else do you get good fish n' chips and cornish pasties?

I know. When I sent in my petition, it said my estimated date was like April 20, 2008. Now it's slid to May 6, 2008. :cry:

Thought I'd throw a quick and dirty waiting list together, to tide us all over until StillThePrettiest returns from gallivanting around Germany. :) I only did a waiting list as opposed to the volumes StP usually provides, and it might be slightly different from the criteria StP uses, so consider it "unofficial." I used a cutoff date of May 1, 2007 (which I think is what she uses), and you might notice that unlike StP I'm using a Merckanized (American) date format.

Little analysis based on my own data: I moved up from position 166 to 130 since the last list came out 12 days ago. That's an average of 3 CSC approvals per day, a slow-down due almost certainly to the holiday period. Based on my own timeline, this still puts my estimated NOA2 about 10-12 days earlier than the VJ timeline predicts. Hopefully now that the bulk of July filers have been processed we'll see that difference widen.

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

but I'd calmly accept it all if they'd just use normal paper sizes; what will I do without A4, A5 and A6? :crying:

Oh I know!! I just bought a lovely display book to go with the one I have for our wedding to keep all the bits and pieces in for our visa... thing is the NOAs blatantly won't fit in without folding an edge over... Grrr!!

I agree...the dates I can cope with, infact so used to filling them out on forms that I almost used them in work. The use of degrees F instead of C is going to take more getting used to.

07/09/2007 - NOA1 (hard copy 07/11/2007)

11/13/2007 - NOA2...127days after filing (hard copy 11/17/07)

12/22/2007 - packet 3 rec. (12/28/2007 returned)

01/11/2008 - medical (allergic to tetanus shot, requirement waived)

02/05/2008 - interview @ 10am - APPROVED!!!!!!

03/12/2008 - Flying Glasgow - Dublin - Chicago - Omaha

05/31/2008 - WEDDING

AOS

07/31/2008 - AOS and EAD finally mailed

08/02/2008 - Delivered

08/08/2008 - Check cleared

08/11/2008 - NOA1's for AOS and EAD recieved (reciept date 08/07/2008)

08/16/2008 - Biometrics letter recieved

09/09/2008 - Biometrics at 1pm, Omaha

09/26/2008 - AOS transferred to CSC

09/29/2008 - AOS touched (took out envelope at CSC and put in new pile)

10/03/2008 - AOS touched (probably that RFE coming soon!!!!)

10/06/2008 - AOS touched AGAIN!!! (surely it's an RFE)

10/15/2008 - EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!!!!YEY!!!

10/27/2008 - EAD IN HAND

01/12/2009 - AOS touched

01/26/2009 - Email from CRIS. GREENCARD PRODUCTION ORDERED..YIPPPPEEE

ROC

10/25/2010 - ROC mailed

11/15/2010 - NOA1 and check cashed

I'm not too bad... I know 104f is about 43c or thereabouts... I know that because it was that hot every day in the shade last summer. I know 70f is about 20c roughly as that is the temperature it was at Jeremy's work when I had to sit in a sweater with a blanket wrapped around me because I was so cold...!!!
