I got a touch today, Saturday! Weird but its probably due to my phone call on Friday. Still, it does tell me that my file is really there somewhere and hopefully somebody notices. :)

April 23, 2008- Medical

April 22, 2008- Interview!

April 26, 2008- POE Edmonton

June 5, 2008- Legal wedding

October 11, 2008- Wedding ceremony with family

AOS

December 6, 2008- AOS package mailed

December 8, 2008- Package received

December 15, 2008- Check cashed! WOOHOO!

December 22, 2008- All 3 NOA1's received

January 5, 2009- I-485 transferred to CSC. Here's hoping for no interview!

January 14, 2009- Biometrics

February 23, 2009- EAD and AP received in the mail, dated Feb 14th.

April 23, 2009- Welcome to the United States Letter arrives. Card to follow.

June 1, 2009- GC received in mail. Approval date 04/09/09

Done with USCIS until 04/2011!

These approvals of mid-July-through-early-August files reconfirm the obvious: A crate of files from the first half of June was overlooked, and is perhaps being initially explored only now. This is not just at the CSC, but also at the VSC (cf. Lora).

Debz, regarding your underground takeover, you can have North Dakota, too. :) If you don't like tornadoes, how about hurricanes? You are welcome to one or several of those that routinely threaten Tejas.

(Of course, half of them are named after men, so 50% are hurricanes and 50% are himmicanes.)

Well, gee! VJ again has enough data to estimate when my I-129F will be adjudicated. The date is November 15, 2007. Did they get the month wrong, or the year?

The fiancee just passed up a SECOND pretty good job opportunity because of our continuing mutual hope that something will happen. She sees no sense in taking something new just for 2 or 3 months.

Two paragraphs without a punchline... I must be sick.

Change your service center TBoneX. Your petition isn't at TSC anymore, so it's never going to give you a decent estimate.

When the CSC-vs-TSC question came up, Cap'n Ewok said to definitely leave it at TSC. That had been a big mystery for a while. He out-cleaned an erroneous timeline date, and that seemed to out-straighten my projected dates afterwards.

Hey all,

when is the new CSC list coming out??? Can't wait to see how much we moved up! On the last one we were at 247 and I see 86 NOA2's for July Filers !!!

So hey maybe we are in the 220's now?!

What about them April Filers though? Are they still being processed or are ppl just not coming to VJ anymore???
