08/20/07-Received hard copy of NOA1...HOORAAY!

09/21/07-NOA2 "APPROVED"

11/09/07-Called Dept. of State and interview is set for 12/12/07

12/07/07-Yenifer and I arrive in Bogota

Sometime in April: Mailed I129F to USCIS

5/31/2007 ~ NAO1 (online)

9/6/2007 ~ Touch (used RFE trick)

9/24/2007 ~ NAO2 (online and email)

9/25/2007 ~ Touch

9/27/2007 ~ NAO2 (hardcopy received)

10/22/2007 ~ Case received at NVC

10/24/2007 ~ Case forwarded to Japanese embassy!

11/2/2007 ~ Sayaka receives Packet 3!!!

12/3/2007 ~ Interview and approval

12/5/2007 ~ Visa came in the mail

1/12/2008 ~ Sayaka's flight arrives in the US!!!

Um you can add us to the list (Yoly & Valentin). Our NOA was dated 1/22/07. We finally got the visa today (k1- YAY!), but have never received the NOA2. They changed the date of approval to June 27th, which is after the NVC received and processed it and the consulate recieved it and sent us the packet. Go figure. I guess the good news is that some couples cases are being processed albeit that the NOA2's haven't been sent. However we'll all need them eventually for change of status.

You will need your original NOA2 for your AOS later so make you get it, good luck

It looks like it is avaraging around 110 day at the moment, but its creeping up more towards 120 for the may folks. i predict most people will be looking at 120 + days soon.

Nov 2nd 2006 met online

June 28th 2007 sent 1-129f to NSC

July 11th 2007 NOA-1 received date on NOA-1 (now at CSC)

July 19th 2007 NAO 1 Reciept date on NOA-1

Nov 21st 2007 NOA-2

USCIS is going to increase the wait time to around 500 days. This is their committment to giving each and every petition added attention. They will know each petitioner on a first name basis...possibly even nickname etc. :thumbs::lol:

The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

That's mad... maybe it's just the laws of averages... obviously not everyone who files comes on here so maybe there is just an influx of non VJ-ers being approved and there will soon be floods of us getting approvals :D

where are you looking? I looked at the latest CSC lists as posted by bszoom (previous page) and there's only one K1 approval listed for September... the other three are K3s

but then, I have missed things in the past... ;)
