The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

Definitely. I wound up making it through immigration with just a few minutes left until my Visa expired. The immigration lady looked at my Visa, looked up at the clock, smiled and shook her head, stamped the Visa, and waved me through. That's when I was finally able to breathe a sigh of relief and just start laughing about the whole process.

And congrats JCochranUSA!!!!! Nice to finally see a CSC approval!

Feb. 12, 2008 - Arrives in USA!!!

PLEASE UPDATE YOUR TIMELINES IF YOU HAVEN'T DONE SO... your updates help give number crunchers like myself something to gauge. 4th feb - all these approvals MUST be doing something, my timeline NOW says 2nd April...

5/2/08 - YAY YAY YAY.... NOA-2 approval via email from CRIS... WHOO HOOOOOOOOOOO.... the "estimated timeline said 31 March this morning just as an FYI for you all)

9/2/2008 Flying to Ohio to spend a bit of time with my darling man to arrange our wedding and also just to spend some time together :-)

Yeah - I think I love this place too much - I have made some great friends here and I don't want to leave them behind - especially when we are all going to have so much to get used to living in the US and with our partners as well as the whole AOS stuff and everything after - we are prolly going to need a support network for a long while yet :lol:
