What kind of fax did you send to expedite? Thats the first ive heard of that. What did you say in your fax. Ive been waiting way longer than you.

I posted the text that I faxed.

If you read it you can see that you didn't wait way longer... In fact you didn't wait longer at all.

Thank you noticed that when i went further down. LOL that you had it posted. Thanks for the reply. Yeah the waiting is killing everyone im sure. Today is my birthday so i hope that i get a good response today that would be the best present.LOL

I see that you sent a fax to expedite on August 9th, do you mind sharing what you faxed to them?

This is not the complete fax (has some other personal info in it)

I’m currently in the US Air Force based in Germany. I’m due to return to the U.S. in Oct 07. My fiancé and I currently live together at my residence in Germany.

I originally applied for an I-129F in Mar 07. The California service center denied my application saying that because my current location was overseas, I must submit my application to the nearest American Embassy. I then contacted the US Embassy in Frankfurt Germany and was informed they do not process I-129F Visa’s.

After numerous phone calls and emails to the US Embassy, US State Dept. and USCIS, (which weren’t very helpful) I was advised to re-file my application and use a stateside address on the petition. I did so in Jun 07. A few weeks later, I finally received notice that my application was received and being processed.

Clearly the I-129F application refers to U.S. Service members living overseas (I-129F part C question 1). For this reason, I feel that my first application should not have been denied. Had my first application been approved (submitted Mar 07), the process would have most likely been completed before I was due to return to the U.S. in Oct 07

06/12/07----sending The package to NSC

06/15/07---- Received at NSC

06/25/07---- TOUCHED

07/02/07---- TOUCHED and it conformed they received my Mail on 06/25/07 at CSC!

07/20/07---- TOUCHED and a lady said it still Pending..

08/06/07---- TOUCHED

08/29/07 OMG I am just keep TOUCHING... :lol:

09/26/07 TOUCHED CSC ... Nothing yet :(

09/28/07 sending a fax to congressman at 00:06 A.M.

10/31/07 JUST Called CSC TODAY, my Case Is under Officer reviewing... RIGHT ONNNNNN

11/05/07 RFE!!!! AFTER ABOUT 4 MONTH RFE? WHAT FOR? WHY SO LATE? #######

11/26/07 Approved WooHooo

11/30/07 NO2 hardcopy has been received yo yo

12/10/07 Transferred to NVC as of today 12/17/07. NVC telephone line is a hack of busy!

12/14/07 NV received the case

12/18/07 called and conformed the nvc case number and case have been send to ankara u.s. embassy

01/17/08 Received Appointment Letter Damn slow while they send it thro USPS

02/10/09 Approval Letter. ouiiiiii

02/20/09 Recived The Permanent Resident card

It's messed up. they want you to be honest about where you live and you can't tell them...

I am glad everything worked out well now.

I just checked the CSC online timeline, as I do every morning as if I expect for it to one morning show my file date, lol, but anyway, they were showing a date of like Feb 13th and this morning it has "6 months". In reading their intro on that page it says:

This improved reporting procedure is an effort to give our customers more accurate information that better reflects current processing time and USCIS service level commitments. Effective immediately, when we are completing applications and petitions within our service level goals we will report the USCIS service level commitment. For example, when our service level goal is to process a particular kind of case within six months, and if our processing time is six months or less, we will show "6 months".

When we are not meeting our service level goal, the date posted will reflect the filing date of cases that are being completed.

So does that mean they are getting closer????? :thumbs:

09/03/08 - Visa Approved!!!!!!!

09/10/08 - Picked up visa

09/20/08 - Arrived in the US - WHOOOOHOOOOO!

12/06/08 - Wedding

01/12/09 - AOS sent

I wouldn't rely too much on USCIS' wording/reporting... coz I think they have had "This improved...." paragraph for atleast last couple of updates.. most likely eveb more...

I just checked the CSC online timeline, as I do every morning as if I expect for it to one morning show my file date, lol, but anyway, they were showing a date of like Feb 13th and this morning it has "6 months". In reading their intro on that page it says:

This improved reporting procedure is an effort to give our customers more accurate information that better reflects current processing time and USCIS service level commitments. Effective immediately, when we are completing applications and petitions within our service level goals we will report the USCIS service level commitment. For example, when our service level goal is to process a particular kind of case within six months, and if our processing time is six months or less, we will show "6 months".

When we are not meeting our service level goal, the date posted will reflect the filing date of cases that are being completed.

So does that mean they are getting closer????? :thumbs:

I wouldn't rely too much on USCIS' wording/reporting... coz I think they have had "This improved...." paragraph for atleast last couple of updates.. most likely eveb more...

09/03/08 - Visa Approved!!!!!!!

09/10/08 - Picked up visa

09/20/08 - Arrived in the US - WHOOOOHOOOOO!
