This is ridiculous, Scott and Tanjay are you so desperate to try and pretend 1/3 of CSC June NOA1s are NOT approved? thanks Rob&Jin for pointing out the obvious.

Yes I used the NOA1 date and not the mailed date, even if its not what USCIS prioritizes by, its still the date on all of our documents that VJ uses. Some people with NOA1 did in fact mail theirs in May but that is splitting hairs.

I also did not include VSC as they are in their own black hole and really seperate from the rest of us in this process.

So no matter how you look at it, 37 out of 115, 41 out of 121, those are still both about 33%.

Yes I'm bored waiting for my fiancee to get online...

Noone is being desperate. You are just trying to make yourself feel better about how many people from June were approved while they actually weren´t cuz they filed in May. Nothing wrong with your choices but try to be nicer  I used the sent date for this list since this is the most accurate...for NOA1 received date people use like 3 different dates so it´s very inaccurate. For example we received the notice after 111 days but the date on it was 3 days after we sent the petition. So much for NOA1 being accurate. I also didn´t include VSC in the list of names and I wouldn´t say they are in a black hole...they are just in a different center than NSC/TSC/CSC  And it doesn´t hurt being more friendly here I think

I agree Scott. I think we should all be nice to eachother. No one but us understands our pain..

ain't THAT the truth... I read a comment left in the last few days (can't remember where cos I had a lot to catch up on when I came back from a week away) about how the person was just looking forward to NORMAL things - deciding who's going to do what around the house, going to the cinema together, putting washing away, etc etc... no one who's not denied that normality can truly understand what it's like to pine for it :(

The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

ya, that's a lot. But, USCIS is working hard.So I hope that then can handle July filers quickly. The good thing is that much less people have applied after fee increase, so a lot of workers have less date entry. Not like tons of applications are coming.

I notice I fall in June Filers but I consider myself a July filer due to the fact although I sent it on 27th June it was from scotland therefore probably didn't even hit US soil until July. Still if it puts me higher up on list I'll take it

I agree, sent date matters little its the date they acknowledge recieved that matters

I agree with that too...sent date matters little...but since on VJ it´s the most accurate one I used that one...like I said before...people use all sorts of kinds of dates when entering NOA1 received date...someone writes the actual date when they received the notice, which might be 3 months later from when the notice says their actual USCIS received date is (but then VJ uses it for their other statistics), someone writes the date that appears on the website (which is often different from the one that appears on the hardcopy)...etc....there have been many discussions on this so I don´t think I need to discuss it again....on bszooms lists many people didn´t appear at all simply just cuz they never received their NOA1 notice...therefore I used sent date for this matter like it or not...and if me using sent date instead of received date insults you cuz it puts you 10 places up or down on the list please accept my apology :D the list is just for fun and to give people a general idea....not for cutting people´s heads off if something isn´t 100% :P

you did not include us for what reason ?

You are number 229 on page 104 of this thread...you will thank me later :P

You know...it´s kinda weird...I have always been making this list just for myself...started cuz I never appeared on bszooms list cuz before we didn´t receive NOA1 notice for a very long time...now bszoom has better things to do so people start crying for a list and when someone posts one there is always someone who comes and just criticizes...even if I made this mistake (which I didn´t) and didn´t include you, you could just be nice and ask for me to add you...I am not as smart as bszoom so I have to do this thing manually...and therefore there might occur some mistakes...so what?

Guess people who try to do something nice always have to listen to some complainers :P
