I.129 to i 130 ?( petition i -129 for k1 visa)

us citizen petitioner files a petition i -129 for k1 visa (same sex marriage ) petition was approved and sent to us embassy for interview . beneficiary changed her mind and decided not to get married and didnot filled DS-160 form and skipped visa interview .after one year embassy cancel that registration and petition .and after one year she got married with different US citizen ( opposite sex ) now they are planing to submit i 130 . the question is if new petition can revoke under section (204 C  or there will be no problem at all .

It would depend on the totality of the situation but reasonable to assume there will be questions and she should be prepared to answer them.

At interview, probably.  There's a question on the I-130 about whether anybody else ever filed a petition in behalf of this beneficiary.  The answer is yes, and result is "I-129f Approved but did not apply for K1 visa".  No need for further explanation unless asked at the interview.  The explanation OP gave is sufficient.
