K1 and K2 can apply together (separate applications), interview together, have the visas issued together so as to be able to travel together.

No consent needed and they all flew back with me same time.  Its really not an issue, you'll be fine.

Hello. For the K2, you mentioned separate application. What form will we use for the child? Coz the one we're filling up right now is for the fiance I-129 and it just asked if fiance has a child and the birth details. Thank you.

He means separate DS-160s  for interview (non-immigrant visa - K1 for mother, K2 for child). You only do one I-129f and list the child where asked about.

Do not confuse the I129f petition submitted to the USCIS with the DS160 visa application which is submitted to the Consulate in Manila.  You won't be at the Consulate stage for at least a year.
