CR-1 embassy interview - petitioner documents?

My wife has her interview coming up in January (Indonesia) and we're trying to understand if she needs to bring MY original documents as well as her own.  Specifically, my birth certificate and the death certificate of my late wife (which I've been scouring the house for all week but can't find.)

Based on the document checklist, I think the only things of mine she would need are printouts of the i-864 and my supporting tax documents.  Can anyone confirm?

It's best she bring copies of everything for you and her.

Sometimes the officers ask for things that have already been uploaded.

Better to have it and not need it than the other way around.

Ensure she has the latest W2 and tax transcripts, bio medical and police reports etc

Have your wife bring certified copies of your previous marriage termination documents.  No need for your original birth certificate.

At my visa interview, the officer asked to see my USC spouse's divorce decree from his previous marriage.  The CO was fine with the color print-out that I brought, but I've seen reports from others who were issued a 221g letter for certified copy of petitioner's divorce decree.

I asked my attorney's paralegal about what official documents from me my husband will need for his interview so that I can bring them with me when I go visit him in a couple of months.

She told me that he will need offical certified copies of my birth certificate, our marriage license and my divorce decrees.

If you can not find your late wife's death certificate, you should be able to go to the county clerk and get another certified copy of it.
