Can I get 2 emergency advance paroles during 1 year?

Hello, 

my husband is US citizen, we've married in the beginning of this year and i applied for I-485, I-130, I-785, ect.  In a month I needed to care of my mother and got amergency advance parole,  after few months I came back to US, I got EAD card but without Advance Parole. USCIC  sent me a letter that they have already gave it to me. I didn't mind at that time but now I need to go to my mother again for emergency reason. Is it possible to get 2 emergency advance parole during 1 year?  Thank you in advance.

Was the AP you received already single use?

Yes, it was single use emergency advance parole  that I got at USCIS office

You can try applying again, but no one here can tell you for sure if USCIS will approve again or not.

Thank you, I understand it. There never is 100% guarantee. But I am wondering if somebody had such experience or maybe there are such rules like "USCIS gives only 1 emergency advance parole".

I have not heard of USCIS only allowing a single application for emergency AP.  I am curious as to why USCIS ignored your I131 from your AOS filing.  I guess when they process an emergency request, they reject the other regular request.

thank you! Yes, I think so too. That they reject the regular request because of the emergency one.

That makes no sense as the one you would have got would have been for a very limited period, agree ask for another.
