Forgot to add side Gig in my N-400? Please help

No N-400 interview is waived.   You'll have to go to the interview and pass the civics test. That's at least one reason why N-400 is never waived.   AOS / ROC interviews can be wai

This is what is stated in the instructions.  The operative term is "Bring" and since you are filing the N400 under the 5 yr rule, you need to bring 5 yrs of tax returns/transcripts to the interview.

I'm starting seeing some patterns:

 

- Filing immediately after early filing window opens

- Filing without all supporting evidence

- Filing without going through application multiple times and asking clarifying questions (missing employment info)

- Promising interview being waived (I hope it wasn't promised by lawyer though).

 

I hope OP spends time studying civics and preparing errata sheet.

I have been working with this lawyer since 2011. He is also a really good friend of my brother. I am in good hands. I don’t think it was rushed but I knew my early filing date and I submitted my requested documents in September. 
 

How did he file without supporting evidence? 
 

Lawyer’s staff works on the application. Then I reviewed it to find any missing and/or incorrect info. The only thing missing was my mother’s naturalization date. Then, lawyer reviews it for final submission.

 

Employment info is there which was the W-2 but other users have said it isn’t required? I am missing my side Gigs on there.

 

It was my mistake for bringing up the waived interview (this was for AOS).

 

I will study the civics test but it will also be done at the lawyer’s office. Which errata sheet?

What does this mean?

 

YOU will be the one taking the civics test, at the field office.  No lawyer can assist with that part.

I will study on my own but lawyer’s office will help me as well like techniques, flash cards, etc.
