Hi all. I applied for my wife Feb2023 so I am assuming my turn is coming soon. We had a baby last month. Would uploading evidence of this at this point be beneficial if further proving bona fide marriage?

Won't make a difference to USCIS.  Just list the child and their information on your affidavit of support and the actual DS260 visa application at the NVC stage, after your petition is approved.

Why won’t it make a difference? If anything wouldn’t it strengthen the case?

Your bold above is the explanation.  It won't hurt.  It won't help either. (with USCIS)  That's why I said it won't make a difference.  Petition approval is a very low bar to hurdle.

Once USCIS receives your petition, it is too late to submit additional evidence. Any additional evidence you have obtained since filing your petition can be presented during your wife's interview.

I had additional evidence after submitting my petition and this is what my attorney told me.

adding additional evidence is simple and doesn't hurt and might be beneficial. I was successful bringing my wife to the US and now helping my wifes mother.
